It is undoubtedly true that Housing and modern Shopping Complex crises in Dhaka city. We are in land and areal state business, and we have come to take part to solve that problem.
However our company called “LONDON HOUSING LIMITED” it was established in 2005.
Since 2005, the company have been running successfully and now we have the service of good consultant in every side to run the real estate business smoothly, particuly land searching, land purchasing, sales and marketing field.
However, the Managing Director and the Director legal, both have come from legal back ground.
Managing Director Dr. Shahidul Islam, completed BA (Hons), MA, LLB, then Supreme Court Advice. Then he earned a Ph. D in law in the United Kingdom . He lives permanently in the United Kingdom, and during this time he traveled many countries in the world, including; 6 states in USA, Mazico, Belgium, Sweden, Italy, Germany, Netherland, Greece. Then after 21 years living in abroad, he cam eto Bangladesh, and set up a company called “London Housing Limited” which contains some sister concern, namely, London Abason, London Green park. London Tower , London BElal Tower, London Complex.
Meanwhile, company's another key person is Mr. Khan Md. Abdul Quddus, Advocate , he is Director legal & land and he has done his LLB, & LLM with 2 nd class, and then became Supreme Court advocate as well. Mr. Khan acquired vast experiences in the land line. Who is responsible for searching and purchasing the land for our company. He had been working with Rupayan, as an Estate Officer, then joint with company called BDDL, as a legal advisor, after that he associated with Dom-INNO group of companies as a senior legal advisor.
Our mission and vision is to be a trusted reliable company in Bangladesh . In this context we believe we can put our afford towards solving housing problem, and new employment opportunity shall be created. And also our sale expanded to abroad, such as; UK , Italy , Greece & USA and we have a plan to expand in more countries. And thus we believe we shall be able to support economically to our country, Bangladesh as well.
